Members - you are cordially invited to AZLRO’s next quarterly club business meeting. Meeting time and date: August 20th, from 3-6 PM at the Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort in Casa Grande, Arizona.

This is a member’s-only function for members that are current on their dues. We will be discussing club functions, past, present, and future, as well as taking input from any member who has any suggestions for our club’s operation and functions.

We look forward to seeing all of you on August 20th in the Ocotillo Room.

This meeting will have a set agenda which will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the items posted forum thread linked below. If you have items you would like to discuss, please post them in the forum under the discussion "Quarterly Meeting." If you can't attend but would still like an issue addressed, please include it in the forum or email your council members:

After the agenda items have been covered, there will be a set time for members to bring up any additional items. This will be for information and possible future action only - there will not be any active discussion about statements made at that time.
