| 2012 Council Election Update |

Dear AZLRO Members,
Per our previous email, we asked club members interested in running for council to step forward by January 2nd. To date, we have 3 members who expressed their desire to serve on the council. Club bylaws require a minimum of 3 council members and shall consist of an odd number of members. However, the concern is that council duties would be quite a bit of work for just 3 council members. Therefore, we would like to invite any members that are interested in running for council to do so. If we have 4 nominees OR more than 5 nominees that want to run, voting will start on Sunday January 8th. If the number of candidates stays at 3, or reaches 5 total, those candidates will automatically become the new council members. |
