Exploring Spur Trails

Thanks Steve, Erik and Jon. A great trip today. We headed north to Seven Springs from the North Scottsdale Land Rover dealer. We took several side spur trails to see where they went. The first was very short and easy, and we turned around when we discovered it was someone's private property. The second was much longer and we had a pair of Maricopa Sheriff Deputy's follow us. They were in a Jeep Liberty and they followed us because of the additional security we offered to them being well equipped Land Rover owners. Haha!

Dear Jayson, I was out in box canyon yesterday with some friends and thru the day we passed several members of your club as they where cleaning the trail. I have to say that is a nice change to see and i think is very respectful to see a club out cleaning a trail not just leaving a trail behind them. Please pass along to your member how much this says about the people in the club and the type of club you are.

Successful Access and Trip to Turkey Creek/Rug Road

Wow what a logistical challenge this year! But everyone had a great time. Camping in Turkey Creek was magical as always and we enjoyed a new venue camping at Parson's Grove as well. The weather was fantastic.
