Saw this on Craigslist. If it were green (like mine), I'd be sorely tempted.
This could be a good deal for someone. Super-nice build!

I did another photo-narrative thing from our New Year's trip to Big Bend area of Texas. It was a great trip; I recommend the area. If anybody is planning to go, I'd be happy to loan books and maps. Here's a link to the trip report:

I looked at the area with an eye for a possible future club trip. Big Bend National Park might be a challenge because campsites cannot be reserved more than 24 hrs in advance. The sites will accommodate 2 vehicles, and a couple campsites are situated fairly close together, so it might be doable during a non-holiday period.
Big Bend Ranch State Park has just as much to offer (great trails for offroading, mtn biking, hiking, great sights, great campsites, etc.) and campsites can be reserved in advance.
Look forward to a return trip!

I did a trip report from our recent trip to WY, MT, ID.
It might be useful for anybody else heading out that way - I've included Google Maps links for the individual daily legs.
And there are lots of good photos of the Land Rover in some beautiful settings.

Wow! What a great club. We've have a legacy of great leadership. And I just read the article with the slate for the coming year. Something is really going right with this group to have such a great slate of candidates!
