Disco Clock Bulb

The universal application for the bulb in a Disco (and maybe others) clock backlight is a Wagner 17035. At $2.35 from Carquest or NAPA, it's a little cheaper than paying full tilt from Rover.


ABS Brake Failure

Got my Range Rover back from the repair guy today.  The brakes work again. 

Initially the mechanic had told me that I needed a new hydraulic booster unit and that's why the hydraulic pump wasn't turning on.  He said the hydraulic booster told the hydraulic pump when to turn off and on.  The price tag for that he told me would be at least $3000.  I told him I wanted to do some research on alternatives over the weekend and he was fine with that.
