2010 Arizona Land Rover Rally
Itinerary
Friday, 5 March: Pre-Registration
4-8pm: Register early at the Hilton East Tucson. Pick-up rally t-shirts, waiver forms, and trail information. Come meet trail leaders and discuss the scheduled trail runs for Saturday and Sunday. A waiver must be signed by each driver to participate.
4pm -10pm No host Rally welcome at the Hilton bar (2nd floor)
Saturday, 6 March: Trail runs
7-8am: Arrive at the staging area and club members will help direct you to line up behind trail leaders for the day's run. Registration is available for new arrivals.
8-8:30am: Drivers meeting in the staging area. This will be an informal discussion by AZLRO members prior to departing for the trail runs
8:30-9am: Departure for trail runs
6-8pm: Cocktail Party, Dinner and raffle at the Hilton East Tucson.
Sunday, 7 March: Trail runs
7-8am: Arrive at the staging area and club members will help direct you to line up behind trail leaders for the day's run.
8-8:30am: Departure for trail runs
