Registration

Blazin M Ranch
We will use the large tent that will be set up for the vendor night event. This area is next to the staging area and the main venue at the Ranch.

Dinner/Raffle Location- Saturday Evening

Blazing M Ranch – We have rented out the venue for a AZLRO-only, private function for that Saturday evening. (indoor venue) There will be activities in the Western town (outdoor venue) 1.5 to 2 hours before the dinner for those with kids that want to enjoy the fun. There will be a Western show from the staff as well, before, during, or after dinner.

Staging Location

Blazing M Ranch – Large parking lot that provides ample space for pre-trail staging, line-up and pre-trail questions.

Vendor Night Location- Friday Evening

Blazing M Ranch- There is a field adjacent to the Ranch, that is actually DeadHorseState Park land, that we will get a special use permit to use. Thre will be large tent, in case of rain, for the vendors to set up. The same field will serve as parking for Vendor night. Because Blazin M Ranch is next door, we will temporarily remove the fence between so our attendees can walk just a few feet to buy beer/wine in the saloon there.

Blazing M Ranch and DeadHorseState Park are about a half mile apart. Blazing M Ranch has large dirt parking lot. We can use area for staging, but to set up event tent would require setting up in large field adjacent to parking lot, as to keep parking area open for their regular guests.
