Goodie Bags & Name TagsBoth Coordinate with sponsorship team for giveaways and physical assembly of bags, including t-shirts, Keep accurate count and order t-shirts and coordinate distribution at check-in
Make Goodie bagsOn-siteHelp make the goodie bags on-site.
Raffle CoordinatorBothWork with sponsorship team to coordinate giveaways, secure master of ceremonies, and run raffles
Raffle HelperOn-siteHelp set up and run raffle
Morning Staging CoordinatorBothOrganize, set-up, and run morning staging area, including signage. TL meetings, etc
Morning StagingOn-siteWe need lots of people to help. Even just standing around telling people where to go
HotelOff-siteSecure discounts for local hotels
Trail MapsOff-siteCreate master map for display
Sponsorship teamOff-siteSecuring and coordinating with potential sponsors
Safety CoordinatorOff-siteCoordinate emergency medical and emergency towing contacts
Signage CoordinatorBothPlan and execute installation and tear-down of rally signage
Signage HelpersOn-siteHelp put up and take down signs each day. Lots of help needed.
